Using the Command Line With File Managers

A file manager, or file browser, is a user interface that helps you manage your files and folders. This application allows you to organize your files and folders in folders, as well as edit and delete them. In addition to providing a user interface, file manager often include commands that can be entered into the Command line to perform various actions.

In File Explorer, you can set the file pane to display files in rows or columns. You can also change the icons and display information of individual files. If you're tired of the usual GUI file manager interface, you can use the Command line to open and manage your files.
